What is HICSS?

HICSS is an endoscopy reporting system, which is NEDi2.1 compliant, pulling patient demographic data from your PAS system. Recording all patient’s endoscopy procedures, including HD quality imaging, recording findings and therapies and at the end of the procedure it offers you the ability to print, patient/case note reports, Histology forms.

It can upload the report to your digital patient record. All clinicians KPI’s are automatically uploaded to the NED, including all trainee’s information saving the clinicians time in double entry.

HICSS offer a wide range of reports including a 1-click JAG audit report and a clinician logbook report.

All profit is invested back into the NHS.

What service do we provide to commercial clients?

We provide the following services:

  • Project management to onboard new customers or manage upgrades for existing customers.
  • Software support to monitor the software and hold monthly support meeting with customers.
  • Online software training for new customers and provide online training videos on our customer portal.
  • Latest compliancy to the National Endoscopy Dataset (NED), JAG & JETs accreditation.

We ensure our Software is approved to DCB 0129 Clinical Safety. We use NHS supplier contracts from NHS England with HICSS SLA terms.

Our software is tested in a clinical environment and is designed with the support of clinicians with a patient-centric approach.
