• eCaMIS UHS uses an Electronic Clinical and Management Information System, known as eCaMIS, to manage the patient's administrative details. Essentially, when a patient arrives at the hospital eCaMIS keeps a record of the patient in Outpatient and Inpatient, Waiting List and Theatre activity.

• My Medical Record UHS Digital commercial products: My Medical Record  We offer our systems on a commercial basis to other organisations. Find out more about My Medical Record, our commercially available online patient record used by 25 UK Trusts and Health Boards.
• Medxnote University Hospital Southampton has implemented a Trust-wide instant messaging system called Medxnote.
• Electronic Drug Cabinets Medicines and pharmacy drugs are currently stored on the wards in a cupboard or area specifically for the medicine. This is a purely manual process can therefore prone to human error.
• digiRounds The birth of DigiRounds digiRounds allows clinical teams to see the patient information they need during the ward round, in a format that is concise and quick to use using a hand held mobile device.
• Closed-Loop Drug Administration Clinical staff require electronic resources to help them positively identify the patient they are treating and the drugs they are administering to them. This will help cut down adverse event reports on drug administration and increase patient safety.
